Ćevapi in Zagreb — and how to eat them
Ćevapi are small grilled rolls of minced meat, the most loved grill dish of the Balkans. At Manir they come off the grill with lepinja flatbread, kajmak cream, ajvar pepper relish and house fries — and in our own version, baked in roasted pepper and kajmak.

Pljeskavica on burek pastry
Our signature: a grilled pljeskavica patty on crisp burek pastry with kajmak cream — 15,50 €.
How to eat them
Tear the lepinja, spread kajmak, add a spoon of ajvar, then the ćevapi. Order a šopska salad on the side and a glass of Graševina or a cold beer.
